Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched on Mondays. Dispatch does not take place on public holidays.

 

Cancellation & Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Fortrydelsesfristen udløber 14 dage efter den dag, hvor du har modtaget din vare.

Hvis du fortryder dit køb, refunderer vi alle betalinger modtaget fra dig, inklusive leveringsomkostninger svarende til den billigste standardlevering, uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage fra den dag, hvor vi har modtaget besked om din beslutning.

Du afholder selv de direkte omkostninger i forbindelse med returnering af varen.

Vi kan tilbageholde refunderingen, indtil vi har modtaget varen retur, eller du har fremlagt dokumentation for returnering, alt efter hvad der er tidligst.

Eventuel værdiforringelse, der skyldes anden håndtering end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og funktion, fratrækkes refusionsbeløbet.
